The cottage is located in the beautiful old Caledonian Estate in inner city Toowoomba, amongst lots of gorgeous old homes. It is a safe area but I have put crimsafe on all windows so that you can leave windows open in summer. The cottage is walking distance to the city, Queens Park, St Vincent’s hospital and the Grammar School, Specialist surgeries plus numerous cafes and restaurants.
It is fully fenced, there is single car accommodation and lots of available street parking.
