Bluestone Cottages – The Shop

The Shop is in a great central location, and has everything you need for a fabulous stay. Mick was fantastic to deal with and the provisions supplied for breakfast was more than adequate – the thickly cut fresh bread definitely was a winner! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We recently completed stay number 5 at The Shop! We love coming back. It is a fantastic size for our family, the location and character are brilliant, and the house has everything we could need. Thankyou for having us again.

Firstly, Megan was fabulous to deal with. We received information promptly and prior to our travel. Everything was as advised. The cottage had three bedrooms, very comfortable beds with electric blankets if required. The kitchen was clean with all basics included (coffee, tea, sugar, milk, bread, butter, a selection of jams, Vegemite, paper towel, plastic bin liners etc. And, I was very impressed with the supply of cutlery, crockery and glassware. So often, this is insufficient for the number of people staying. I would definitely stay there again.

My family and I had a great time at the cottage. We have a 10-month-old daughter and they left a cot and high chair ready for us. It was so nice to arrive at dinnertime and be able to just feed her straight away and put her in bed. Also, the cottage is the cleanest place we have stayed in a long time, very well looked after and everything kept fresh and up to date. It is just fantastic to stay in a place like this. It is located in a nice and quiet area of Toowoomba and close to the centre. Megan was great to deal with and responsive. We look forward to stay at The shop again!

We stayed at The Shop for 5 nights and it was great. I have multiple environmental allergies, and nothing was too much trouble for Megan and her team. The house is in the perfect location almost everything was within a few minutes’ drive.

Would absolutely stay here again.
