The pictures do not do justice, location impeccable, easy parking (maybe not ideal for super large vehicles), so many thoughtful touches. Cannot say enough, the home had so much character but was impeccably clean. Amazing beds, amazing bedding, great communication, beautiful decor. A lot of love lives in this cottage.

Homely 1910s cottage in the very best location. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, comfortable living room, dining in open plan kitchen. Outdoor area with BBQ and additional seating. Comfortable beds and furnishings, luxury sheets and towels. Fully equipped kitchen, pantry staples and laundry. Fully fenced with undercover car port. Smart TV, wifi and entertainment. Located just a short walk from Queens Park, Cafes, Restaurants, CBD, St Vincent’s Hospital, Toowoomba Grammar School and medical specialists.

THE SPACE

Bedrooms – 3 generously sized bedrooms; 2 with queen bed and built in robes, 2 x single beds, drawer chest and hanging rack.

Kitchen – fully equipped, spacious kitchen including dishwasher, microwave and pantry staples for a basic start to your stay.

Living – indoor sitting/TV room, airconditioned (reverse cycle) comfortably furnished, including smart TV, sound bar, free Netflix and wifi.

Outdoor – the perfect space (all be it uncovered) with additional seating to catch the early warmth of the north eastern sun. Or for the quiet cool of the afternoon and balmy summer evenings. A Weber BBQ is also available for your use and convenience.

Laundry – wash basin, all new washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Parking – the property has the advantage of dual access. Undercover carport accessible from rear laneway. Unlimited free parking on front street.

Families – porta cot, high chair, games and books for all to enjoy. Property fully fenced.
