Wow! This cottage is awesome
The cottage has been beautifully renovated. Modern appliances, ducted air conditioning and Megan supplied every conceivable item one could need in the kitchen. There were staples in the fridge and pantry, eggs, bread, milk, flour, TIM TAMS! tomato (and bbq sauce) vegemite, butter and a huge assortment of tea blends…Just to name a few. Fabulous small appliances too. Coffee maker, bamix, toaster, kettle….just everything! In the bathrooms quality toiletries, even a first aid kit! Megan’s attention to detail is superb. The property is a short stroll to the lovely Queens Park and great cafes. I have never stayed at a more delightful cottage. Absolutely everything about this cottage is perfect!
Home away from home!
I would recommend Keeler Cottage to absolutely everybody! The property is unbelievably stunning, so clean and has such a homey feel to it, we were blown away when we walked in the door! Traveling interstate and arriving late at night, and also being pregnant, it was so nice to arrive to a stocked kitchen. Fresh bread, milk, yogurt, butter, eggs, Tim tams, a pantry full of the basics and more and a fully stocked tea and coffee station. We were able to enjoy the property to its fullest without having to find our way to a grocery store the next day! Megan was so unbelievably lovely and checked in with us to make sure we arrived safe and had everything we needed. You will not regret booking your stay here and you won’t want to leave!
Located in a beautiful tree lined street, just a 2 minute stroll from Queen’s Park. Keeler Cottage is your ideal home for; rest and relaxation, family gatherings or business (10 minute walk to CBD), relocation, visiting children at boarding school (5 minute walk to Toowoomba Grammar School), medical appointments or stays at St Vincent’s hospital. The cottage has been completely renovated inside and out.
The owners of this place are foodies so have provided a fully equipped kitchen including; cook books, electric mixer, baking equipment, dishwasher, plus some pantry staples to get you going…. There are two Queen Size beds, a bunk bed and a trundle bed. All beds have new mattresses and bedding and are super comfortable.
There is an en suite bathroom to one of the QS bedrooms and another bathroom with separate bath and shower. The instant hot water system and great water pressure will ensure a fantastic shower. There is a laundry with washing machine and dryer. There are three Smart TVs in the house (with Netflix – 3 different movies at the same time!), a blue tooth sound bar as well as a beautiful gas log fire. Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning in every room will add to the comfort. Outside the garden is landscaped, with a large deck, table and chairs and BBQ.
The cottage is fully fenced with a remote control operated rear car port. Further off street parking for up to 2 more cars is available in the front yard. Park your car and walk. The cottage is close to everything! There is a port a cot and high chair at the cottage and we can recommend babysitters if you need to have a night out. There are loads of toys, games and books for all age children.

Location
One of the oldest residential areas in Toowoomba. Dominated by small wooden cottages in tree lined streets. Just a two minute walk to the beautiful Queens Park. Walking/jogging/cycling tracks along the creeks nearby.
Getting around
You can walk to the CBD, Queens Park, cafes and restaurants within minutes.
