Welcome to The Curzon Stay, our very spacious home.
Located in the heart of leafy East Toowoomba, only minutes from Queens Park, cafes, private schools, St Vincents Hospital, CBD. A 15-minute drive to Gabbinbar and Preston Park.
Open kitchen and dining with multiple sitting areas and beautifully landscaped garden. There are 4 bedrooms accommodating 8 guests.
The Curzon Stay has modern features but styled with elegance & charm creating great ambience.
Spacious main bedroom with Queen Bed with ensuite.
There are 3 more bedrooms (1 queen, 1 Double and 2 King Singles).
Fully equipped new kitchen including dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, oven and stove top. Full laundry with washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. The 2 lounge rooms have smart tvs with Netflix, and wifi.
Air-conditioning and fans throughout.
There is room for multiple cars in the driveway. Additional parking would be available on front footpath.
Port-a-cot and high chair available.
